Shri Krishna who is Trilok Swami yearns for the dust of Radha Rani's lotus feet, so is it not right to regard Radha Rani as TrilokSwamini ?

She is the epitome of love and the greatest illustration of devotion. Radha Rani is Sarveshwari. It is impossible to describe her compassion and qualitues by mortals like us.

Shri Radha Rani eternally resides with Shri Krishna in golok. And not just in golok, she resides in the heart of her devotees. She is mool Prakriti.
Shri Radhe is the topmost gopi, the love of gopis itself is so deep that it cannot be expressed or experienced by a normal human being, it is indescribable and Shri Radha Rani is the most superior gopi , so what to say of her devotion and love. She is the swamini of all gopis, it is only and only because of her blessings that one can worship or remember Shri RadheShyaam.
The most beautiful leelas that Shri Krishna did were during his childhood in braj. Shri Radhe is the queen of Braj, the beloved queen of Vrindavan. She is Vrindavaneshwari, the godess of Vrindanvan. One cannot sing the glories of Shri Vrindavan Dham without mentioning Radha Rani. She is the soul of Vrindavan
Shri Krishna's greatest leela with the gopis is the divine Raasleela. Raas is a transcendal and spiritual dance of love of the divine gopikas with Shri Krishn.
Shri Radha is always depicted in the centre of Maharaas. Without her Raasleela is not possible. She is the goddess of this spiritual dance which is highest in the three realms. She is Raaseshwari, godess of Raasleela.

Radha Rani chose to take birth from the womb of Maa Kirtida and give the bliss of her childhood to Vrishbhanu ji. Therefore till date she is referred to as Vrushbhanuja and KirtidaNandini.
Shri Radha Rani is so merciful towards her devotees. Krishna is easily pleased by a person who sings the glory of Radha Rani. She is more merciful than Krishna. All the leelas of Shri Hari are incomplete without his Shri. Radha Rani is Shri of Vrindavan and not just Vrindavan, she is herself Shri Mahalakshmi.
Nikunj - The place where Shri Krishna did all the leelas with gopis. Radhe is the Swamini ( mistress) of Nikunj. No one can enter Nikunj Van without her blessings. It is her aura that makes Nikunj Van and the complete Vrindavan shine and it is her presence that makes the place so divine and beautiful.
All the people, devas, are attracted by the beauty of Krishn, but Shri Krishn is mesmerised by the beauty of Radha Rani. She is Madan Mohan Mohini. She is Krishna Sangini amd accompanies him in all his leelas.
Radha Rani is none other than Krishna himself, she is his feminine form. She has reached the highest state of consciousness, such that people including her see Shri Krishn in Shri Radha Rani. According to Braj Rasiks, after Krishna left Vrindavan, the vrajvasis (people of Vraj) were alive on only two things:
1) The hope of Krishna returning in Vrindavan
2) They saw Shri Krishn in Radha Rani who kept them alive.
Radha Rani is indeed Krishna Swaroopa, the beautiful feminine form of Shri Krishna or rather Shri Krishna is the form of Radha Rani, they are one soul present in two different transcendal bodies.
The one who sings the glory of Shrimati Radha Rani sinks in the divine ocean of Krishnaprem.
