His aura turned the place into heaven,

And love filled eyes

Of those gorgeous ladies added a charm to the paradise.

Away from a world driven by lust, greed and anger,

those unstoppable women danced with joy, love and devotion.

Their love for him deeper than the ocean,

forced him to expand himself in endless forms

Now he was present with every woman breaking all norms.

They danced gracefully with every vein filled with love

The waving trees, chirping birds, flying dove

added a feather to the cap.

The magnificent prints of his lotus feet shining on the sand

were like twinkling stars on land.

His eternal consort laid her head on his shoulder peacefully

And he was playing his flute blissfully

His flute turned sand into silver, pebbles into pearls.

In eyes of every women lied just his image

His eternal form present with every lady made the place a pilgrimage.

Some performing toughest dance forms, some singing high notes

and some imitating his own flute.

their mind and heart so pure that they could see him in their own reflection.

His leela didn't allow their energy to drain away,

As it was only him who resided in their brain.

Flowers blossomed, trees danced, birds sang,

Moon grew bigger, stars twinkled, sand shined and river splashed.

Seeing another paradise, Gods of heaven assembled to see the beautiful sight.

Some showered flowers on the supreme personality

While others dressed themselves as women that night.

Nature played with him, women danced with him

Where only he was everyone's need

That night was the most beautiful, indeed!

The women didn't wanted to get separated from him,

The flowers didn't wanted to droop off ,

The moon didn't wanted to set,

The night didn't wanted to end!

It was his separation that no one could withstand.

Fulfilling their wishes, he extended that night

Upto six months forgetting everything they enjoyed.

That night was none other than Sharad Poornima

The women were the divine Gopikas

With his eternal consort Shri Radhika,

He is Shri Krishna himself!

and this leela is none other than his Raasleela.

It is just a very short description of his divine Raasleela which is limited by words and human imagination. Nothing in this world can describe his greatness and Leelas, they can be just felt, and can be never expressed.

Don't misinterpret Raasleela!

Nowadays it is seen that people are misinterpreting many events of Shri Krishna's life, one of them is raasleela and seeing it as his pleasure. This is completely false. One of the reasons for which Shri Vishnu had incarnated on earth as Shri Krishn was to fulfill the wishes of his devotees. There were so many devotees who had Madhurya Bhaav(a form of bhakti) towards him since time immemorial. He fulfilled their wishes as incarnating as Shri Krishna. The gopis who took part in Raasleela were great saints and sages who loved Krishna selflessly and had done austerities and penances for thousands of years to get him as their husband. These sages took birth as gopis to serve and love Krishna, and one of the reasons that Shri Krishna took birth was to fulfill the wishes of his devotees, such is the essence of devotion, where Krishna serves devotees and devotees serve Krishna. Not just the gopis, the trees, animals and birds in Vrindavan were also divine souls who were devotees of Shri Hari. The love of Gopis was free from any materialistic desire and their souls were free from any kind of negativity. The devotion that Gopis had towards him is considered as the highest stage of bhakti.

Raasleela was not romance. It was Madhav's leela to fulfill the wishes of his devotees as he loves his devotees so much. Also, we human being are not even equivalent to dust of his feet and it is impossible for us to understand him and his leelas; and when people fail to understand his leela, they misinterpret it based on unauthentic sources. It is a kind request to read our scriptures to know about him rather than believing in unauthentic sources and making false interpretations.

It has become a trend these days to misinterpret our scriptures and insult bhagvaan. People think that even they can have conjugal affairs with many ladies like Shri Krishna had by giving the reference of the divine raasleela of RadheShyaam. So to all the people who think that they can imitate trilokswami, it is a kind request to first check if they can pick up an entire hill on a single finger or can fight a 7 headed snake single handedly.

Raas is a divine transcendental dance, which is the beautiful leela of Shri RadhaKrishna. Radha Rani is the soul of Raasleela and Shri Krishna is the heart of Raasleela. The gopis are the greatest devotees of Shri Krishna and are the representation of jeev atma, their love for him is the greatest in the three realms. Shri Krishna loves all the gopis equally, therefore, he creates many transcendental forms of himself, equally beautiful and loveable, that dance with each and every gopika.

Shrimati Radha Rani is his eternal consort. Without her Krishna himself is incomplete so what to say of Raasleela . She is the beauty, energy and Godess of Maharaas🌺.
