Stop Expecting

Expectations hurt!

        Well if you are thinking that you are reading something negative, then you are definitely wrong.
      It is the biggest and hardest to believe truth that "It is not the people but our expectations that              hurt." People are just there with you because they find something good for them in you and the            day that thing goes, the people also leave you. It is widely seen that when people don't get what          they expect, they grow sad or get depressed. If you are sad, maybe your expectations are what are       really hurting you.  Though having completely zero percent expectations with people may be  wrong because then the people will take you for granted. But at the same time keeping a lot of             expectations always hurts. So stop expecting from people or you will end up in tears. 

The fact is that real happiness lies within you. First you yourself do the things that you expect others to do for you. Love everyone, appreciate everything but never get too attached to people or things as not everyone is what you think about them. Instead expecting from your own self can make your life better given that the expectations are realistic . People are temporary but your own soul is permanent , not everyone will stay with you until your death but this is for sure that your mind and heart will be with you for your entire life , love yourself more than anyone, fill yourself with bliss, know who you are. The day you start understanding yourself and your own nature and needs, you will not need anyone to understand you. Friends are indeed a very important part of life but they are not everything. Keeping a lot of expectations may make you depressed but at the same  time keeping the attitude of appreciating everything and expecting nothing will fill you with eternal bliss.
